Common topics

  • Connect a device. Open the Devices screen and choose Apple Health, Oura, WHOOP, or Fitbit, then follow the prompts. Your recent nights sync automatically.
  • My sleep is not showing. Make sure the connected app or device has synced recently, then reopen AHARA Sleep. For Apple Health, check that you granted sleep and heart-rate permissions.
  • Export my data. Go to Settings and choose the data export option.
  • Delete my account. Go to Settings and choose Delete account & data. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
