This is a very potent elixir, you don't need much to feel the effects. They key is to take it everyday so the Lion's Mane can do the work. I started feeling sharper once I started taking it regularly, not so much if you only take it sporadically.
I was curious to see what the difference between an elixir and extract is and this definitely tastes like an elixir. Extracts taste kind of gross and you have no idea what is in there. Its good to know there are only two ingredients and no alcohol.
