Delete your AHARA Sleep account and data

You can permanently delete your AHARA Sleep account and all of the data associated with it from directly inside the app.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open the AHARA Sleep app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account & data.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, your logged and synced sleep records (sleep sessions, stages, scores, and the heart-rate values read from Apple Health or Health Connect), your in-app settings, and your rewards balance. This data is removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

What is kept, and for how long

We do not keep your sleep data after your account is deleted. If you made a purchase from our store at aharamushrooms.com, order and payment records held by the store may be retained separately as required by law (for example, for tax and fraud prevention). Those store records are not part of the app account.

Need help?

If you cannot open the app, email ajay@aharamushrooms.com from the email address on your account and we will delete your AHARA Sleep account and data for you.
