Ahara Solventless Organic Lion's Mane Elixir

This is a very potent elixir, you don't need much to feel the effects. They key is to take it everyday so the Lion's Mane can do the work. I started feeling sharper once I started taking it regularly, not so much if you only take it sporadically.

I was curious to see what the difference between an elixir and extract is and this definitely tastes like an elixir. Extracts taste kind of gross and you have no idea what is in there. Its good to know there are only two ingredients and no alcohol.

This elixir tastes very unique, I think its the essence of the Lion's Mane mushroom. Taking this elixir makes me feel quite grounded and I like knowing where these mushrooms were grown.

I'm no stranger to Lion's Mane extracts but I've never had an elixir. I wanted to try an alcohol free extract to see if it would help my gut. There is something to be said for the nanofibers, they can go where other fibers can't.

I add this elixir into my coffee in the mornings, it definitely works well with the caffeine. No more jitters!
